Sams Club Home Meridian Lift Chair Hand Control With Heat & Massage

This hand control was used primarily on lift chairs sold by Sam's Club, Walmart, and Costco. It is a black "figure eight" shaped control with the heat, massage and zone buttons on the top and middle, and the up/down and power buttons at the bottom. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE HAVE BEEN SEVERAL VERSIONS OF THIS CONTROL OVER THE YEARS; THE BUTTONS ARE LABELED DIFFERENTLY ON SOME OF THE VERSIONS, SOME HAVE ONE ZONE INSTEAD OF TWO, etc. WE SHIP THE NEWEST VERSION FROM THE FACTORY, AND IF THE HAND CONTROL YOU HAVE LOOKS ANYTHING LIKE THE ONE PICTURED HERE, IT WILL BE THE CORRECT ON FOR THE CHAIR. It has a longer straight cord that goes under the chair and plugs into the control box with a 90 degree eight pin plug. ANOTHER NOTE: There has been confusion from end users over where this hand control plugs in; folks see the cord coming out of the back of the chair that goes to the transformer behind the chair and assume that that is the hand control cord - it is not; this hand control plugs directly into a square five inch control box mounted under the chair. To find out where it plugs in, lay the chair down on its side, and have the side where the cords go through on top; that way, you can wiggle the cord and follow it down to the box.
